If you require Rubrics for grading that were previously created prior to the 2025 Turnitin upgrade, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the relevant Moodle module page.
  2. Click on the Turnitin assignment and follow instructions for How do I edit an existing Turnitin Feedback Studio Assignment.
  3. Select the Rubric tab, and click select the option for Launch Rubric ManagerLaunch rubric button highlighted
  4. At the top of the Rubric Manager view, select the option to Import Rubrics or Learn More if you wish to find out more information on this process.Import rubrics to new rubric manager space, import button highlighted.
  5. The text will change in this section to say the data migration is in progress.Rubric import in process banner. Data migration in progress
  6. When data migration is successful the information banner will appear green and display import completed.

  7. The rubrics imported will display in your My Rubrics space, ready to use for grading.
