The Feedback
activity is a survey tool that allows for
custom questions and non-graded
questions.
- On your course page, click on
the Edit
mode button on the
top right of the screen to turn
editing on.
- In the section of
your page that you want to
add the feedback, go to
the bottom of the section
and click
on+
Add an activity or
resource.
- Select Feedback from
the activity chooser
list
- Update the name and description and
desired settings on the settings
screen.
- Ensure to fill out the fields in
the Question and submission
settings and
the After
submission setting. Record user names is set to Anonymous by default.
- Once complete, click on Save
and display on the base of
the screen.
- Once your settings have been
set Save and display.
This
will take you to the next page where you
can Edit questions by
clicking on the Edit
questions button.
- Add questions by clicking
on Use a
template or Import
questions from the Add question dropdown menu.
- Or alternatively, add questions manually
by selecting the relevant option from
the Choose dropdown.
