Moodle has its own
Wiki activity which is a student collaborative
encyclopedia, and allows for group editing of
shared documents.
- To add a Wiki activity to your Moodle
page, click on the Edit
mode button on the
top right of the scree to turn editing
on.
- In the section of
your page that you want to
add the chat, go to the
bottom of the section and
click
on+
Add an activity or
resource. Or
select the plus button anywhere
between
activities and resources.
Or

- Select Wiki from
the Activities tab in
the add
an activity or resource menu.
- Set you Wiki
settings based on the
criteria available. You must provide
a First page name listed
under Wiki mode.
- Once complete, click on Save
and display on the
base of the screen.
- After saving your page you will be brought
to your Wiki first page where you will set
the page format and Create
page.
- You will then be brought to your editing
page to create the content for your first
page. Once complete click on
the Save button on
the base of the screen.
