What are Bulk Actions? 
Bulk Actions allow the efficient organisation and management of activities, resources or sections within a course page using filters and categories. It permits the modification of multiple items simultaneously. 

Steps for using Bulk Actions within Moodle:
  1. Navigate to your course page you wish to implement bulk actions on.

  2. Ensure to toggle Edit mode on in the top right corner of the course page.

  3. Click on the Bulk Actions button presented beside the course title underneath the Edit Mode button.Bulk actions icon below edit mode

  4. Once clicked, the Bulk Actions dropdown appears at the bottom of the Course Page and select checkboxes opens beside activities, resources and sections. The dropdown presents options to Select all, Availability, Duplicate, Move and Delete.Bulk Actions tab Dropdown

  5. Select any contents of the course page you wish to edit with the options explained below.

    Availability: 
    Hide/Show any activities or resources.Availability Menu in Bulk Actions


    Duplicate: 
    Create multiple copies of activities or resources.

    Move: 
    Move multiple activities or resources to a specific section of your course page.

    Delete: 
    Remove selected items from course page.

  6. Selecting the specific activities or resources you want to conduct Bulk Actions on involves pressing the check boxes beside each chosen content.
