During the summer upgrade from Moodle 4.1 to Moodle 4.5, Moodle's text editor changed from Atto to TinyMCE editor. The powerful TinyMCE editor allows users to format content in the edit settings of activities and resources within a user-friendly interface.

TinyMCE editor is organised into different tabs:
