When you have completed grading and feedback and wish to release these to the students, change the Marking Workflow state to ‘Released’.
Note: It is essential grades are only released to students on the official MIC grade release date. You should use the Marking Workflow feature in Moodle Assignments for this.

Open the relevant assignment and open the submissions page. Then:

  1. Select all submissions by checking the box highlighted below.

  2. Just below the submissions a dropdown menu displays, select the More ellipsis and click Change Marking State.

  3. In the popup set marking workflow state box by clicking Change Marking State.

  4. In the next screen, set the Marking workflow state option to Released.

  5. Click Save changes.
