In the new instance of Moodle, you will notice a significant change in where to locate Participant Enrollments, Groups and Permissions details in Moodle.

Note - The participant enrollments, groups and permissions are no longer available on the Administration tab on the left panel of Moodle (since Moodle 4.1 upgrade).
Navigate to your course page:
  • Click on the Participants tab available from the course navigation tabs available.

  • Navigate to the dropdown menu available on the top left corner of the participants screen and select desired dropdown menu option under the Enrollments, Groups and Permissions categories.
