1. Log in to Moodle and open your course page.
  2. Within the course page you seek to add a Lesson, ensure to toggle Edit mode on in the top right corner of the course page.

  3. Navigate where you want to add your Attendance activity and click the plus icon or the +Add and activity or resource. at the end of a section.

  4. In the Add an activity or resource menu, go to the Activities tab and select Attendance.Add an activity or resource menu with attendance highlighted

  5. Input the desired Name and Description of the attendance activity and Grade information (if applicable).

  7. Once complete, click on Save and display button on the base of the screen. This will allow you to update class sessions and attendance reporting settings.
