There are a number of ways that users can share Yuja content with both staff and students.
| Share | Used to share content on an individual basis. The user can set the access level they would like to share with the individual also. Shared access can also be removed by the owner of the media file. See Sharing a Yuja link article for more details. |
| Publish | Used to publish content to all members enrolled in a course channel (or sub-channel if applicable). Note - Yuja generates a channel for every course page in Moodle. See How do I publish a video or media to a course channel? for more details. |
| Direct Links or Embed Code (accessed through More...) | Content can be shared directly with users through obtaining the direct link or embed code. The direct link can added as an URL link activity on Moodle. The embed code can be added as a Label activity on Moodle.
