When you have completed grading and feedback and wish to release these to the students, change the Marking Workflow state to ‘Released’.
Note: It is essential grades are only released to students on the official MIC grade release date. You should use the Marking Workflow feature in Moodle Assignments for this.

Open the relevant assignment and open the submissions page. Then:

  1. Select all submissions by checking the box highlighted below. 
    2. Student list in the grading form, indicating Select all.

  2. Just below the submissions, in the With selected dropdown menu, select Set marking workflow state and click Go.

  3. Click OK in the popup box.

  4. In the next screen, set the Marking workflow state option to Released.
