1. Ensure Edit mode is toggled on in the top right corner of your course page.

  2. Navigate to the quiz where questions are located you wish to alter the max marks for.

  3. Select the Questions tab in the activity navigation menu.

  4. For the question you wish to edit the maximum mark, select the Pencil icon.

  5. Insert the maximum mark you wish to assign to the question and select the Enter button to save change or press Escape to cancel any changes made.

  6. When the maximum mark for a question is altered, the total of marks automatically changes.
