Note: It is important to be aware that all video content which is currently stored in Stream Classic, will no longer be accessible from January 2024. It is essential that all video content you wish to keep/reuse for future modules be downloaded and stored correctly on your device.

Accessing your Stream Content

  1. Sign in to your Office 365 account with your MIC credentials 
  2. Once signed in, click on the App launcher at the top left of the screen and choose Stream.
  3. You will be directed to Stream (SharePoint). Asynchronous content created recently should be stored in this version of Stream. 
  4. If you cannot see your content in this version of Stream, they would be stored in Stream Classic. 
  5. Access to Stream Classic is located at the top right of the screen, clicking the Stream Classic link.

Downloading content from Stream

Stream (SharePoint) 
  1. Select the video content you wish to download, click on the ... and select OpenImage of a video located in Stream Sharepoint, highlighting where to Open the video
  2. Once you have opened the video content in its file location, select the ... in the top bar and choose Download

Stream Classic
  1. In the top navigation bar, select videos from the My Content dropdown
  2. Choose the video you wish to download from the list, click on the ... to the right of the video and choose Download VideoImage of video listed in Stream Classic and highlighting the option to Download
