Download Transcript in More Menu as an Owner of a Video


  1. In the Manage media tab, hover over the video's thumbnail you want to download the transcript for. Click on More in the menu.

  2. Click on Accessibility tab in the left menu.

  3. Click on the three dot ellipsis button on Transcript (Plain text) and select download. This has no formatting and can be opened in a text editor or MS Word.

  4. There is also the option below for Transcript (PDF) which automatically creates a PDF formatted transcript. Select the three dot ellipsis button and click download.

Download Transcript in the Media Player of Video Shared with me

  1. Hover over the video thumbnail and select the Play option.

  2. Press play on the video and click on the Sidebar option beside the Full Screen option.

  3. In the Sidebar, select the Resources tab.

  4. Select the Paperclip icon for Attachments.

  5. Click download icon beside the Transcript displayed and the Transcript will be downloaded in PDF format.
