A YuJa Media Channel is automatically created when a YuJa activity link is added to a Moodle course page. This channel can be used to share media with the students enrolled in the course.

To publish a video or media file to a specific Moodle course channel:

  • Select the YuJa activity link on the Moodle course page - this will launch the My Media section of the YuJa platform in Moodle.

  • Locate the video or media file you wish to publish.
  • Hover your cursor over the video you wish to publish - a hover menu will be displayed over the media.
  • Click on Publish from the list of menu options available.

  • A Publish to... dialogue box will appear. Select the name of the channel(s) you wish to publish the video to from the All Channels list. The channel name will be displayed under Selected Channels.
  • Click on the Select button. A message is displayed confirming that the video has been published.
