The length of time that it will
take
to process your module or page rollover or
cancellation request will depend on the
number
of requests that the Digital Team are
handling
at any one time. The team's workload
varies considerably according to the time
of year and the volume of requests with
priority being given to support requests
for the current semester.
To ensure that
you have received your rollover requests
as
soon as possible, it is recommended that
you
submit your requests as early as
practical.
The following calendar will
provide an indication on the maximum time,
in working days, for completed requests to
be turned around. Please ensure that you
allow adequate time, especially in busier
periods, for your request to be
processed.
