Data protection obligations and the College Data Retention Schedule determine how records may be retained. Used pages are archived in accordance with the protection of these records.
Colleagues are, therefore, advised not to change dates on any pages in the expectation that they can be re-used in the coming year. Prior to year closing and archiving, all page dates are reviewed based on the year to which they belong and will have their dates reverted to standard dates if mismatched.
Changes to pages that are currently available to student, that is to 23AY pages, in order to make preparations for the new year are not advised as these will be lost on rollover.
