Depending on the settings selected,
after the creation of an event, in Meeting
Options any attendees will have permissions to
start or stop a recording at the discretion of
the Organiser, and or the Institution ICT.
Meeting organisers, and people from the same
organisation can start and stop the recording,
while guests and anonymous attendees cannot
start or stop recordings.
