In order to set up Mahara ePortfolio assignment:

  1. Go to the relevant Moodle course.
  2. Click the edit mode button on the top right corner to edit the course page.

  3. Navigate to the week or section of the course you wish to add the assignment under on the main Moodle course page.
  4. Click on the Add an activity or resource button at the end of sections or the + button between assignments and resources

    plus button to add a new assignment or resource
  5. Select Assignment from the activity or resource list and click on the add button.                                         Addding a Moodle assignment to course page
