You can easily end the breakout room
session by clicking End all breakout
rooms. Students will then be
diverted back into the main BigBlueButton
session and will complete the echo test again
before entering. If you have set a time limit,
rooms will automatically close once the time
has lapsed.
If students are having issues with
hearing the audio in the main session, advise
them to check for a microphone/headphones icon next to
their names. If this icon is not visible, they
would need to click Join audio below the presentation area. They will be
prompted to complete another echo test, to
ensure their audio is connected
correctly.
